  • What are Kart Clips?
Kart Clips are reusable, durable clips designed to securely fasten fuel lines and wiring looms to kart chassis. They are an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to single-use cable ties. They are recyclable and the best part of all, they don't get lost on the ground at our favourite tracks.
  • Can Kart Clips save me money?
Absolutely! By being reusable, Kart Clips eliminate the need to repeatedly purchase single-use cable ties, saving you both time and money in the long run.
  • Do the clips comply with scrutineering?
Yes! Wiring looms are a non-technical component. There is no rule that specifies how they are to be secured and as long as it is secured safely, the chief will pass the kart. Most of our clip designs incorporate a fuel line, meaning the clip is securely retained in the event it pops off the chassis during a race. The loom clips that don't have a fuel line can be drilled with a 2mm hole so that security wire can be fitted if required. That means our clips won't fly off into another kart or lay waste on the track.

You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select the quantity you need, proceed to checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest!
  • How many Kart Clips do I need?
Depending on your chassis and engine package really. Lets go through some examples. 1. Iame x30 and 30mm chassis. We recommend the following; * 4 x 30mm loom clips *1 x 30mm fuel loom clip *2 x 19mm fuel wire clips (if running a dash computer) otherwise the standard 19mm clips work fine. Extra clips are always handy but no neccesary. 2. 4ss 4 stroke torini with 28mm chassis. We recommend the following; * 3 x 28mm fuel line clips * 2 x 19mm fuel wire clips (if running a dash computer) otherwise the standard 19mm clips work fine.
  • How do Kart Clips help the environment?
Unlike single-use cable ties, Kart Clips are reusable, reducing waste at kart tracks and helping to lower the environmental impact of the sport.
  • What is the life span of a Kart Clip?
Well that depends on several factors, the usage, position of clip and the amount of times the clip has been removed and refitted. Over time the plastic will lose its flexibility to comform and while it will still retain its shape, the chassis clamping force will deteriorate. On average you will get several seasons though this could be longer if they are fitted and untouched. And if they do become a little loose, you can simply use a heat gun to soften the plastic along with a gentle squeeze of the clip to reform the appropriate clearance giving you even more life from your clips.
